Therapeutic / Remedial Massage Therapy

Intended to help with soft tissue dysfunction (causing stiffness, injury and/or pain). Starting with a thorough assessment to guide treatment, basic and advanced soft tissue techniques are then applied to improve mobility, reduce pain and help the client manage their injury and return to regular daily activities and sport. Exercise rehab advice is often given post-massage to help maintain positive changes made during the treatment.

Initial Treatment (60-70mins)

$90

First visits are booked to include an effective assessment, treatment and exercise rehab advice (where appropriate). Hands-on massage time will vary depending on length of assessment required.

60 min Follow-up

$90

A good follow-up option to give ample time to the treatment, especially if multiple body areas are involved.

30-40 min Follow-up

$60

A highly targeted follow-up treatment option, best for concise problems, e.g. a specific body-part problem.

Long Treatment (90 mins)

$140

An option for more complex cases or multiple treatment directions in one session. May also be used for additional exercise rehab education if needed.


Personal Training / Strength & Conditioning

Utilising a variety of strength, muscle building and conditioning techniques, we aim to help our clients maximize their physical potential so they may excel in their sport, gym and personal lives. Coaching of the Olympic lift derivatives and kettlebells is employed alongside the more usual gym-based movements to maximise power and fitness development, while science-based lifting techniques are utilised to fully stimulate muscle growth.

60 min Session

$45

Best used to take a deep dive in to one particular movement, e.g. an Olympic lift, Powerlift, or anaerobic conditioning methods, work around an injury, or to learn general techniques for starting in the gym.

1 Session/week for 1 Month

$160

Builds consistency when starting out and allows techniques to be reviewed regularly to avoid injuries and maximise results.

2 Sessions/week for 1 Month

$300

Can take the user one step further in their commitment to the journey, allowing detailed review of training week to week and addition of new techniques to maximise results. Used best in conjunction with independent training and a solid 3-6 day/week training program.

3 Sessions/week for 1 Month

$420

Allows close attention during training, allowing me to push the client harder or redirect technique to avoid injuries when needed. Best used in conjunction with a 3-day/week (minimum) program and when looking to advance training technique and results.

These can be anywhere from a simple intro to the gym to get you started, to a detailed 3-month program based on your sport, individual goals, training ability and time commitment.


Combined Massage & Training Packages

Regular massage therapy may help manage the wear and tear created by regular physical training. Improved blood flow may aid in the healing processes involved during recovery, and muscle imbalances can be caught early and addressed to maximize movement quality and, therefore, return on investment in the gym or in your sport.

Relaxation Massage Therapy

A general massage utilizing basic soft tissue techniques in order to promote blood flow, regulate the nervous system and improve interstitial fluid movement, in order to relax and rejuvenate.

Full Body

$100

Working most body areas, including back, neck, shoulders and limbs, to regulate healthy blood circulation and relax the nervous system.

Back/Shoulders/Neck

$60

Less time than full body, but relaxes the core systems effectively to rejuvenate the body.

*Prices all include 5% GST. Insurance claims must be submitted by the client, no direct billing at this time.
